Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can you help me (as a tenant) with any of the steps necessary to obtain maximum extension of time to stay in the home after the foreclosure?

A: I actually work too many hours to be able to physically go to the courts with you. I can walk you through the paperwork if you would be willing to come to my store in Lakewood.

Note from Eric

Hello again... just wanted to thank you for the great info I did finally purchase your ebook "eviction helper". The info is invaluable and a great help worth more than the purchase price. Wanted to know if you have any info on eviction notice timelines... I know that notices from time of trustee sale to unlawful detainer all have to served within certain time periods of each other legally. My notices have overlapped each other and I am sure I can dispute this as well to get more time. But unfortunately I dont know the laws or where to look them up. Might you know of a good reference site or do you know any info yourself. Thanks again.....Eric.

Words from Leornard

I appreciate the fact that you are willing to share this information at such an affordable price. I've contacted quite a few attorneys and agencies that claim to be experts in this field. They all want hundreds of dollars, but they can't or won't tell me exactly what they can do to help me. They just want me to trust them. But, I don't know them from Adam. Thank you for making this information available. Now, even if I go with one of those expensive companies, at least I know exactly what it is they will be doing for me... Leornard
